We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a cheque, but this will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Glasgow Ticket Brokers will purchase tickets on behalf of the customer. When an order is placed we will then make a financial outlay to source the tickets. Any refund request must be faxed, not emailed, to +44 (0)141 332 3303. We will view each case on its own personal merits. We normally only refund in special circumstances.

SERVICE CHARGE: £10 per order

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

By visiting, using or ordering from this website, you expressly agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, and to adhere to these terms and conditions and all applicable laws and regulations governing this website.

If you break these terms and conditions, Glasgow Ticket Brokers reserves the right to prevent your future use of this website, cancel your ticket request, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.

Glasgow Ticket Brokers is a worldwide ticket brokerage. We specialise in obtaining tickets for sold out events. Through our many sources we are able to get a wide variety of tickets to almost any event in any city. Due to these efforts and the costs involved, most tickets are sold above their face value.

Since event tickets are purchased in a free and fluctuating market, prices are subject to change at any time. For up-to-date prices, please telephone us or consult our website.

Glasgow Ticket Brokers is an independent, privately owned company engaged in the service of sourcing and providing admission tickets for events worldwide. Glasgow Ticket Brokers is not affiliated with any box office.

1. YOUR ORDER/TICKET REQUEST

(a) All ticket prices are guaranteed at the time an order is placed, and payment is received.
(b) 100% full payment must be received in order to guarantee a ticket purchase.
(c) A confirmation receipt will be issued upon full payment.
(d) Tickets will be dispatched between one and six weeks prior to the event date (subject to change). However in some instances tickets are only issued between twelve hours and one week before the event date. Whilst every effort is made to deliver the tickets to the appropriate address, on rare occasions situations may arise beyond the control of Glasgow Ticket Brokers where it will be necessary for a representative of Glasgow Ticket Brokers to deliver the tickets to the customer immediately prior to the event. This service will be provided at no extra charge to the customer.
(e) Tickets will be dispatched using secure post worldwide. Should a delivery window not be available, local ticket collection points will be allocated for all events.
(f) Tickets will be dispatched at the standard rates of £7 for Uk deliveries, and £20 for the rest of the World. Glasgow Ticket Brokers cannot be held responsible for any failure of couriers to deliver your tickets.
(g) Accepted forms of payment are credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and cheque (made payable to Glasgow Ticket Brokers) All payments will be accepted by Glasgow Ticket Brokers in GBP(£). This will also appear on your credit card statement. We reserve the right to security check all orders, and may request proof of address.
(h) Glasgow Ticket Brokers will not be responsible for event postponements or event cancellations of any kind. This includes changes in event dates, event time, venue and weather conditions. ALL TICKETS PURCHASED ARE FINAL!!
(i) Glasgow Ticket Brokers reserves the right to provide ticket upgrades at no extra cost to the client.

2. CHANGES IN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Glasgow Ticket Brokers and its affiliated websites reserve the right to change these 'Terms and Conditions' at any time. Posting updated Terms and Conditions on this site will make the new Terms and Conditions effective immediately, and binding on all users of this website without exception. Therefore please check this page of the website periodically for updates.

3. THE CONTRACT

The provision of tickets and related services by Glasgow Ticket Brokers are expressly conditioned upon the booking terms and conditions set forth below (also referred to as 'the contract'). Any terms and conditions proposed by you in addition to, or in conflict with, these booking terms and conditions are expressly rejected by Glasgow Ticket Brokers.
(1) These booking terms and conditions shall constitute a binding agreement and contract between you, your company and Glasgow Ticket Brokers; you accept the terms and conditions of this contract when you confirm the requirements of your order in writing, by either a booking form, letter, email, purchase order or facsimile.

(2) This contract shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to laws of principle; it shall be enforced exclusively in the appropriate court, and you specifically agree to accept such jurisdiction and waive any objections to united Kingdom jurisdiction over you; if any provisions or portion of a provision is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such provisions will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the parties, and the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired in any way; if any legal proceedings of any nature are brought by Glasgow Ticket Brokers because of breach of, or to enforce or interpret any of, the terms of this contract, Glasgow Ticket Brokers shall be able to recover from you its reasonable solicitors' fees and other associated costs; this contract, together with the description of services provided by Glasgow Ticket Brokers on its invoice, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and replaces and supersedes all agreements, promises or understandings, whether written or oral, and cannot be modified unless in writing and signed by the General Manager of Glasgow Ticket Brokers.
 

4. CONSEQUENCES OF FAILURE TO PAY

If payment is not received within the time limits in clause 1 above, the client will be in breach of the contract entitling Glasgow Ticket Brokers to treat the contract as at an end, and to re-allocate the booking and/or tickets without informing the client. In the case of Glasgow Ticket Brokers treating the contract as at an end, Glasgow Ticket Brokers shall be entitled to retain all sums already paid by the client. The balance, if any, of the total booking cost shall become immediately payable by the client to Glasgow Ticket Brokers. This is without prejudice to Glasgow Ticket Brokers rights to claim damages from the client in respect of any loss suffered by Glasgow Ticket Brokers.

5. CANCELLATIONS OR VARIATIONS BY THE CLIENT

6. ALTERATIONS TO ADVERTISED PACKAGES

Every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised packages and events, but any package may be altered or omitted, or dates changed, for any cause which Glasgow Ticket Brokers, at its absolute discretion, shall consider to be just and reasonable. Glasgow Ticket Brokers has the right to change the prices in force at any time. When such price is more than advertised, the difference must be paid before services are rendered. If Glasgow Ticket Brokers increases the price, the client shall be entitled to cancel the booking by giving written notice to be received by Glasgow Ticket Brokers within seven (7) days of the announcement of the change. In this event, the client shall be entitled to a full refund of any invoice or part invoice paid. All packages and bookings offered are subject to availability.

7. TAXES AND OTHER CHARGES

You agree to pay all sales tax or any other taxes, stamp duty fees or charges payable by Glasgow Ticket Brokers relating to and/or in connection with the supply of services pursuant to this agreement.

8. PAYMENTS OF ADDITIONS OR EXTRAS FOR A CLIENT
All accounts for goods and services provided at any event, which are not included in the inclusive booking cost, are due for payment within seven (7) days of the invoice date.

9. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION 
(a)  Glasgow Ticket Brokers makes no warranties, and specifically disclaims any liability for any services provided by third parties; you agree to waive any liability against Glasgow Ticket Brokers for the actions, whether negligent or intentional, of any third parties.  Glasgow Ticket Brokers agrees to act only as your agent, and you agree to accept all liability associated with the delivery or use of goods or services provided under this contract; you agree to defend and indemnify Glasgow Ticket Brokers against any and all damages, awards, penalties, or other liabilities of any nature whether the result of your intentional acts or negligence, Glasgow Ticket Brokers negligence, or the intentional acts or negligence of third parties.
(b) In any event, Glasgow Ticket Brokers shall not be liable for death or personal injury suffered by the client or their guests arising out of the booking. The limitations of liability shall also extend to any loss or damage sustained by property or belongings of the client or any guest, or for further costs, damages or expenses incurred or suffered by the client arising out of the booking.
(c) Glasgow Ticket Brokers will not be liable for any cancellation of or alteration to the booking, or any loss or damage to the client arising out of circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to any act of God, natural disaster or act of terrorism.
